I restarted an old, but GREAT, healthy habit this morning. I took a walk. I put on my sneakers, walked out my front door and walked down the road. Our 11-yr-old dog, Savannah, set the pace for the first half-mile. Then I let her rest while I finished.
Exercising ALWAYS lifts my spirits and makes me a much happier person.
As I walked, I started writing the next blog post in my head. The working title is STOP * Think – Two Quick Steps to REBOOT Your Brain. Stay tuned!
